THE CHANNEL allows you access to non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license of and with THE CHANNEL from any device in accordancewith the below terms.  Although you may be allowed access to THE CHANNEL’s Intellectual Property based on your compliance with these Terms, we own and in our sole discretion control that Intellectual Property.

During your use of the Website, you shall not use, distribute, copy, reverse engineer, repost, or resale any/all materials of THE CHANNEL for unlawful or prohibited purpose.  Any services or products available on THE CHANNEL, used for entertainment or otherwise, must not try to breach or test the vulnerability of THE CHANNEL or circumvent security measures, whether or not deliberate.

You may not use THE CHANNEL in a way that may disable, damage, dilute, or interfere in the assets or viewership of THE CHANNEL.

THE CHANNEL reserves the right to terminate the contract or disable user accounts should there be a violation of any terms, guidelines, and conditions with THE CHANNEL, websites, or its’ applications.  

In the event of your violation of these Terms, THE CHANNEL may terminate without notice to you your access to the “Site” and its related services.In the event of your violation of these Terms, THE CHANNEL does not needto provide you with a detailed description of your violations.

PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

THE CHANNEL, through its third-party sponsors and its Managers, may sellproducts or services throughout THE CHANNEL, through its Sites online, and through mailing lists that you have signed up for.  Though THE CHANNEL will do its best to ensure that advertising partners’ productsdescriptions are accurate, THE CHANNEL is in no way responsible for your end transaction with a third party sponsor or vendor.

In the event that it is THE CHANNEL directly facilitating the sale of a product, THE CHANNEL, through its sponsors and Managers, willmake bestefforts to ensure that a product for sale is in stock, but we will not be heldliable if there was a mistake and a product is sold out, in which case THE CHANNEL through its sponsors and Managers reserve the right to cancel the order.  If a product or service provides incorrect information, such as prices, make or model, we will not be held liable and may cancel or refuse to process an order that was made based on that information.  Your continued use of the Site is an affirmation of your understanding of this paragraph.

THE CHANNEL allows you to use Services from the Site and/or Third-Party Services that partners may have available. You shall not use any of these services for the illegal aims.

We may, at our sole discretion, set fees for using THE CHANNEL. All prices are published separately on relevant pages at www.onlyiniola.com. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, at any time change any fees.

We may use certified payment systems which also may have commissions beyond the control of THE CHANNEL. Such commissions may be imposed on or passed along to you when you choose a particular payment system. REVIEWS

We reserve the right to use any/all submitted reviews by you.  We reserve the right to remove reviews that in our opinion are deliberately inflammatory or intended to injure THE CHANNEL or its Content.  It shall be deemed a violation of these Terms if you publish any willfully false statements about THE CHANNEL, the Site, or the Content.

GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms are governed under the laws of the United States of America,specifically in the State of Texas.  Your use of the Site indicates you consent exclusive jurisdiction in and to the Courts of Fort Worth, Texas, or, if appropriate, the United States District Court for the Northern Districtof Texas, relating to any and all disputes you may have relating to these Terms.

DISCLAIMER OF CERTAIN LIABILITIES

The Site and its affiliates shall not be liable for a failure or delay to fulfill its obligations where the failure or delay results from any cause beyond Site’s reasonable control, including but not limited to technical failures, natural disasters, blockages, embargoes, riots, acts of regulation, legislation, orders of government, terroristic acts, war, any acts usually defined as those of “force majeure”,  pandemic, epidemic, or any other force outside of Site’s control.
